Please include your name and submission ID on the outside of the package or inside with the items.

Accepted Carriers

We recommend using a trackable, insured service. GCC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Packaging Sports Cards

• 1Place each card in a penny sleeve, then into a top-loader or semi-rigid holder.
• 2Secure top-loaders with a rubber band or painter's tape (do NOT tape the card or sleeve directly).
• 3Wrap the bundle in bubble wrap or place inside a padded envelope.
• 4Place inside a sturdy shipping box — avoid oversized boxes with excessive empty space.
• 5Fill any remaining space with packing paper or bubble wrap to prevent shifting.
• 6Include a packing slip or note with your name and submission ID.

Packaging Banknotes

• 1Banknotes should already be in PMG or PCGS slabs — do NOT remove them from their holders.
• 2Wrap each slab individually in bubble wrap to prevent contact between slabs.
• 3Stack wrapped slabs neatly and secure with rubber bands or tape around the bundle.
• 4Place inside a sturdy box with padding on all sides.
• 5Fill empty space with packing paper to prevent movement during transit.
• 6Include a packing slip or note with your name and submission ID.

Return Shipping

All graded items are returned via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance unless you specify a different carrier or provide your own shipping account during submission.

Return shipping costs are included in the invoice sent upon completion. GCC members receive discounted return shipping.
